1. ONE Health and Safety Representative is required from each workplace.
2. Please register online by 12:00 noon, Friday, January 17 , 2025.
3. It is important for you to secure an Occasional Teacher immediately.

4. For cancellation, please notify the Local office by Thursday, January 23, 2025.
   The requested release time must be cancelled prior to the event.
   Attendance will be taken.
