Dale Napier
Vice President
Dale began his career working in a primary classroom. He worked extensively in many areas, teaching every grade level in the elementary system. He was an LST, Guidance counsellor, and spent considerable time as a Physical Education teacher. Dale also has experience as an Acting Vice Principal. His long-standing passion for education is clear from his years of coaching school teams, and supervising a variety of school clubs and events.
Dale was elected to the Local Executive in 2013 and became Vice President in 2019. He served as a Workplace Steward for many years prior, dating back to 2001. He held many roles within the Union such as: Recording Secretary, Collective Bargaining table team member, serving and chairing on multiple Local and Provincial standing committees, regularly attending Federation Annual meeting for 20 years, and participating in LTD governance.
